All products are fully traceable – Ontario local product where and when they are at their best. The beef we purchase is Certified Angus Beef Brand product. Only the top tier of all AAA grade is selected. Other beef brands must select beneath this grade from what doesn’t qualify for the CAB brands specs.

We also just had the Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot and extremely delicious.

Just want to leave a review. Something I don't do often but Mark made us a fantastic dinner for take out on Sunday. It was ready on time … More and totally met my high expectations of great food made with top notch ingredients.
We had the 2 piece halibut and chips and also the schnitzel dinner and a regular poutine. Left overs the next day were just as good.
